argh. neo hates acer. for its t&c stating it doesn't cover warranty for physical damage to adaptors. whatever la, it's not even wear and tear lor. it just melted, for whatever reason I do not know. Can't be that I used it for too long, cos I only used it for half an hour before it went faulty )): LIVING WITHOUT ADAPTOR is hell. I (i mean my lappi) can live w/o battery but not w/o adaptor. it's a hell lot of inconvenience. and it's such a waste *%^$%$%$ to buy a new one. and acer adaptors aren't cheap. 100+ ok! edmund told me can claim a new one for free, but i'm not so certain ):<
