gymned on sunday with chai. met freaking early cos we thought the gym would open at 8.30, but no, it opened at 9am. so we talked (gossiped) a bit, listened to her ipod (with which she never let me hear a proper song, lol) and then did some stretches. but i was reluctant to do it. then tt 'hardwoking' chai keep reminding me to do my warm-ups properly 'if not later i will have cramps' and feel the lactic acid accumulating in my muscles.

i ran on the threadmill for 20 minutes. it's an achievement to me already! after like not running properly (as in the distance) for 2 years! i did like 3 km ok; i'm proud of it. haha. that hardworking carrot was unbelievable man. told me she'd only do like less than an hour on the thread but she spent like 1.5 hrs on it in the end. it's really the first time i see someone run so long. maybe in other countries there've been for marathons, but i dono. this really is my first time. there's something to learn from you girl. so determined in running, just as you are determined to finish up the sushi. LOL. jk. I had a great sense of achievement from sweating out today. hey girl don't feel sorry for ps-ing me for running ok? cos i also did quite a bit of lifting and stuff myself, so it's ok. i should be the one thanking you for the company, not the other way round (=

today's a normal day. only that it's very sad to know that only 2 people came to hand in the camp fees. don't know what exactly happened too. maybe the publicity wasn't done properly. hope tomorrow we'll see better results. arghh.. CT coming and all. and there's like so much to do. planning and all. but there's the hols to look forward to (=
