saturday was a hectic day. morning was visit to renci hospital; evening was ushering for NRA danzation 2006.

was supposed to take the bus from school together with the rest of the nyaa people to renci. but, this phang suhua went to tell her dear friends lifang the wrong time to report. from 8.45 become 9.45. obviously, lifang did not reach np in time so the guilt-ridden suhua (i went with her too) had to get down of the bus arranged by nyaa to wait for lifang. lifang was made to cab down to np can! that was the second time i saw her taking a cab. the first was the day before. and from what suhua said, i infered that lifang always cab to places. and she complained that i was unjust to her on that. LOL, cannot help what, so coincidentally, for the two days that i hang out with her(and to consider that we were mere acquaintances), i saw her cabbing. so the 3 of us arrived at renci an hour later than the rest. and it was only yesterday that i realised that renci is actually part of woodbridge hospital T_T.

we loitered around the corridor to wait for the rest to finish their breifing cos we thought it was rude to just barge in. and we saw huge donations by different organisations and individuals (some of whom had passed on). but those amount only really wasn't enough for those old folks there who are financially unable to support the medical and maintenance fees by themselves. it may seem like woah to us but never enough to them. and seeing some of them who are either bed-ridden or disabled in some ways really brought a lot of emotions swimming inside my head. i mean, they are really poor 'thing(s)'. we wanted to teach them origamis, but some of them either could not hear us, could not speak, could not understand us, could not fold cos they had lost their fingers or their hands are too weak to move; there are simply too many could not(s). but nonetheless, we folded for them and also taught those who were eager to learn. we also had some singing marathon from ward to ward. to me, it was more of a lullaby to put those old poeple to nap. it was a marathon because it was one after another, non-stop. it was rather fruitful overall! except the not-to-mention 'superbly-prepared lunch'.

i love the NRA production! it was fantastic man. can be compared to SA's. daphne khoo sang some piece and danced inside too. haha she looked like she slimed down ALOT. btw she's in the dance floor competition if i am not wrong. it's so good being the usher. we get to watch the concert FOC! haha cheapskate i know. oh wells. but i really really think the NRA danzation 2006 is worth all the tributes though there were some flaws (one or two insignificant ones; who don't make mistakes). it's a super hip and hop day yesterday night! but the concert was a bit long. 3 hrs man. too bad my camera was in my bag; couldn't take any pretty pictures.
