the song created for the top two SI finalists are so like westlife's (flying without wings) with a combination of josh groban's (take me higher -- not very sure of the song title but it's somewhat similar). it's especially so at the last part of the chorus (you gave me wings...also similar to i'm flying without wings...) LOL. i just found it intersting, but u need not agree with me. teehee. i must say that both jonathan n hady did pretty well, just that hady might have shone in the "you gave me wings". but i'm quite disappointed with s'pore's decision though i don't take a fancy for either one. anyone, even the judges (ken n dick) would have agreed that jonathan is EASIer to market. once again, it's just a remark. the results show performances by electrico n a few other local singers were great (at least to me) cos i thought that the one on the sunday night was pretty lacklustre (as compared to the first season's SI). the starting itself was too commonplace. too expected. i would prefer the last season's where taufik came out in a sports car n sly in his motorbike. maybe my expectations are too high, as my bro said.
yesterday was spent at this chubby+cute+cheeky+clean(as in hygenic)+....and the list goes on (notice all the Cs that i characterised her as =D). she's only 2+ of age and she can do stuff like any pre-school kid, or rather, like any 7 and above child. i'm not exaggerating here, but her actions are really so adult-like. maybe she got so lonely being the only child that she decided to imitate her parent's actions T_T. it's damn hilarious watching her dance to the moves in barney's videos. yay, she's a crazy barney fan. she 'idolises' barney like any teenager who idolises jay chou/lee hom/... after her school of 2 hrs (yea she's only 2 and she is attending some dou-dou class, which i don't know the english word for it), she immediately bugged me with a barney cd-rom and to switch the tv on. and the thing is, she has so many barney-related cd-roms that she can watch them over for countless times(and i bet she has already memorised their songs and dance steps) yet she doesn't get sick of them. but when it comes to playing toys, she will not stay with one for more than 5 minutes. oh ya! and she eats like any 12 year old or even adults! my mum told me that she once ate a small whole cucumber all by herself! but she hates carrots, toufu and all other slimy or food that are mashed. she looks so nourished that no one would have thought she's a vegetarian (who says vegetarians cannot look good? XD) when she's with a stranger, she will steal glances at you and kept so quite that u would think she doesn't like speaking. but when she gets familiarised with you (which she does so easily), she will not be coy anymore. i like the way she eats her tau huay (beancurd). after every mouth she would use her hankerchief to wipe her mouth. so hygiene freak right. she will fuss over food/ anything that will make her oily (as she put it, you-you) or wet. seeing her innocence and plain joy makes me feel like being a small kid forever. at least you get to dote by many and need not worry about so many things. but, if i don't grow up, i will never get to do what adults get to, like driving a car, getting married, achieving dreams (all those typical-or maybe not so typical- adult life in general), etc.
here's some photos of my cute cousin (she lovie btw, which also explains why she's so lovely) for you to feast on. she don't look so good when she knows i'm taking her cos she purposely don't smile when i asked her to.
let me clean u...
don't harrass me, i'm reading the papers.
for u
who ask u to take me, i'm not prepared!
she's a peeping tom! XDXD

ahhhh....

i'm tired, time for me to ong-ong (sleep). tata people
