i'm so BORED i'm running out of things to type about. uhm, so i will just type nonsensically: so ya, i saw this article (i think) two days ago that states how terraces can be cheaper than HDB. i presume that you will go 'huh' upon seeing this, cos that was my response. 200,000++ and you can get a double-storeyed, dunno-how-many-square-feet terrace. of course, that comes with a lease that's not more than 40 but definitely more than 20. but i don't think buyers should worry. cos, by that time, any young couple with a decent combined salary(i don't mean 5 digit salaries) could have easily sell it away at a higher price and may be retire themselves to just a HDB. i have always had the impression that such private landed properties will worth at least a million, if not slightly lesser. now, the price of one can even be compared with a three-room or more HDB flat. ain't that a good catch? lol. but of course, such terraces with such great deals only occur in specific places. like uhm, bedok road? even some in bukit timah(where the houses are sually more expensive) can be sold at 300,000++ :: i know hundreds of thousands are far more than cheap, but such prices are seldomly heard(to me). but if i were rich, i would rather stay in a condominium. cos there are facilities to make use of(: but then, of course, the expenses are high. so may be a five room flat(inclusive of a balcony) would be cool. i will refurbish it till it looks totally un-HDB. muahhahaHA! haha, is it too early to talk about houses? i'm still a fresh O levels graduate still awaiting for the posting results to be out leh, which is this friday. i hope i don't get posted back to sa. fingers-crossed*
anw, if i were rich, i think i will spend. of course everyone spends, but i think i will SPLURGE! wah i think that's going to be terrible. but considering a bit of my stingy-ness(lol), i think i will SAVE alot, too.lol. i will definitely live with my parents/somewhere near them. if i can't live with them, or if my bro does not(which i think will be highly unlikely), i will buy them an 'old folks' condominium. my mum was the one who suggested that. she's weird la, she does not want us to live with her when we have our own family in the future. she said she'd rather live by herself. but my bro and i definitely will not ill-treat her. lol. we must yin shui shi yuan (aka win-water-poem-round.lol) mah. afterall, if we get to be what we got to be in the future, it's all thanks to our parents. haha i know this sounds clich-ed, but i think people who eventually got knowledgeable and rich and prominent but chose to abandon their parents, should just bang their head against the wall and DIE! haha, i learn this phrase from suhua. but even if they don't die, they will suffer retributions, may be not while they are alive, but definitely when they go to hell in the netherworld. yes, it's hell they are going cos such people don not deserve heaven. also, if i have surplus cash, i may consider setting up my own business. not those office cum high-rise buildings sort, but may be, just a shop or restaurant. venturing into F&B would be nice. but, there seemed to be too many new 'F&Bs' springing up. muhaha but mine will be different. may be it will be more international-like and less local-like? lol. must do research first.
i just made a new pair of specs. the old one is 2 years+ : even the two 'centre pieces' that rests on my nose have gotten yellowish.lol. but i still like it. anw, my left eye increased by 100 degrees. right eye only by 25 i think. haha, serve me right. sometimes, even in class, if i was too lazy, i simply did not wear my glasses. until last year. i started wearing almost in every lesson. but it's a bit too late ain't it? spent quite some time in that spectacle shop. roughly an hour?-_-'' cannot blame mah, i was in a fix as to whether to choose orange or green or blue-black;metal or plastic; half-framed or not.
yea! sentosa this sat! i want to get myself tanned(: hope the weather takes pity on us.
